Acne treatment exposed secrets #2 – Acne is formed when enough bacteria and oil meet.  When enough oil and bacteria meet they create a acidic/toxic environment in your skin cells that is a breeding ground for acne.  When you don’t have enough oil or bacteria the “recipe” to create acne isn’t possible.  It’s important to reduce oil and bacteria in your body so that your acne cannot be formed in the first place.

Acne treatment exposed secrets #3 – Most acne products make your acne worse.  The big acne skin care companies hate me for saying this but it is 100% true.  Why? you might ask… Acne products are mean’t to heal skin and cleanse dead skin cells and other junk that shouldn’t be on your skin.  The problem with most acne treatment products on the market is that they are non-natural chemical laced products.  These products attack acne quickly but they don’t cure acne because they only relieve inflammation and redness.  That inflammation and redness of the acne will come right back when you stop using the product.  The other problem is that when you use these products and they sit on your skin the toxicity of them makes your skin cell environment more acne prone.

The chemicals slow down the healing process of the skin and slow blood flow and nutrient flow to the cells.  So your acne treatment is slowing everything down but temporarily relieving your acne.  It doesn’t even do anything except make it worse.  It causes more cosmetic acne in the end.
